Brorsen Appraisal Service was founded in 1978 as an independent appraisal and consulting service specializing in Agricultural, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Properties. 
Individual Profiles:
Andrew P. Brorsen earned the MAI and  SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute, and the ARA designation from the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers.  He was also a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Illinois. Mr. Brorsen started appraisal work in 1972 and was a certified instructor for the Appraisal Institute, the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, and  the Appraisal Foundation.
 
Kathy Brorsen earned the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. She was a Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of Illinois.  She has been appraising since 1979, and has experience in appraising single and multi-family residential properties. 
 
Matthew Brorsen is General Certified to Appraise Real Estate in the State of Illinois; licensed to appraise commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties since 2004. Brorsen Appraisal Service, P.C. specializes in Land Acquisition, Easements, Road Projects, and Pipelines
